What studs should I use for turf?
I just bought the Adidas Tunit F50 cleats and it came with three sets of studs: for hard ground, firm ground, and soft ground. Which I should use for turf? Also, are the plugs just for when your not using the cleats?

for turf you should use the hard grounds..i’ve used them on turf and they work great..
the plugs are for when you use the soft ground cleats..since you only wear two studs in the back you put the plugs in the other holes..
if you want to kick good soft grounds because they come off turf so well but for speed and tackling id go with the soft grounds
