Soccer Turf Cleats
I have a nice pair of indoor shoes because I’ll be playing indoor soon and I was wondering if I could use them on turf because I’ll be practicing on a turf field. Is that ok? I don’t really want to use cleats, but if that would be better then should I?
I don’t want to buy turf shoes, and the practice is mainly for fun.

soccer turf shoes
My local indoor soccer facility has a turf field that has tons of miniature, black rubber pellets. These tend to get kicked up in the masses and thrown into my shoes, and then sticking to my socks. These are a pain in the *** to get off. You have to pick them off one by one and they get pretty well stuck in the socks. My mother has found that it ruins the entire wash if i put these socks in without first removing the pellets. Does anyone have any suggestions to more easily remove these pellets?
They’re quite small.

I do not know if it is fluid or blood but i am feeling pain around my lcl and mcl i do not think i tore them. what should i do? yet my quad has gotten weak and started to lose muscle size. I hurt it while playing soccer my cleat got caught in a turf field and i turned. I heard a pop but i do not think i tore any ligaments because it has been 2 weeks since it happen and i can walk without any problems. Yet i can not bend down like a catcher does in baseball i feel pain around middle part of da inner side of my knee. What should i do?

What should i do? well the bump is like soft it doesnt hurt unless i am kneeling but you only see the bump when i am sitting and the bump is squishy you can push down on it and there is no pain i do not know if it is fluid bubble or blood. and bump is like on the side by the patella tendon so i do not think it ripped off cause it moves when i move my knee and it is in place.

i am going to camp for field hockey, and it is a turf field.
I am bringing both sneakers & cleats, but which do you wear on the turf?
i think sneakers, since my last camp (different location) they did not allow cleats on the field.
Thank you, sneakers or cleats?

My football team plays on a grass field, but we play a lot of teams with the new kind of turf field. I don’t have the money to buy two kinds of cleats either.
