Soccer Turf Cleats
I have a nice pair of indoor shoes because I’ll be playing indoor soon and I was wondering if I could use them on turf because I’ll be practicing on a turf field. Is that ok? I don’t really want to use cleats, but if that would be better then should I?
I don’t want to buy turf shoes, and the practice is mainly for fun.

OK, my club team is requiring that we wear TURF (not indoor) shoes for practice instead of cleats. I have only owned one pair of turfs before and i need to know which are the best ones. Practice starts in about a week so i need to purchase these very soon so help please!

and they need to be comfortable. they have to be able to perform on grass and turf. i have T90 indoor shoes and i love the fit.. so something in that direction then? thank you

So i’m getting ready to go to a desert environment for a year (deploying to Iraq). Is there any type of soccer shoe that works good in the hard dirt? I was at first thinking turf shoes, but have second guessed myself. I don’t think my Indoor shoes will help because I’ll just be slipping around like I was on ice. None the less I want to stay competative with my game and I am going to be needing some decent shoes. Any advise?

I really need a new pair of soccer shoes but i dont know what kind to get. Either turf or indoor shoes. However i dont really know if Sportsplex allows turf shoes and i dont know what kind of shoe is better speed wise, ball control etc. please answer soon, im going tonight!

I’m going to be playing indoor soccer, and I am trying to figure out which type of shoe to get. I have used indoor shoes (flat soles) but I feel as if I have no grip. Reason I was using them was becasue they were ‘indoor’ shoes. I have never tried or really heard of turf shoes. I hear a lot of people wear indoor shoes to play indoor soccer, so I am confused on which way to go.

Hi, i live in Connecticut and i play indoor soccer. I am looking for soccer shoes that i could wear inside the arena. Should i buy indoor shoes, or turf? Also, whats the difference between the shoes. Why would you prefer each shoe?

so in a week and a half i have girl h.s. soccer tryouts and my school recently just put in new turf soccer fields. Do you have to wear special turf/indoor shoes since i will be playing on the turf every day (if i make it lol)? Should i buy a a pair of turf cleats or should i buy indoor shoes? I was thinking of buying indoor shoes beacuse then i can at least wear them casually. Or should i just buy both indoor and the special turf cleats? thanks!
