I asked this question a while ago and i cannot find the girl who answered this question and she had the answer but I cannot find the shoe-but if someone else has an answer….
I am playing in a field hockey tournament in July that is on turf and I wanted to get cleats that I could use for turf and grass? any suggestions?!??!?? thankss!!
and they need to be comfortable. they have to be able to perform on grass and turf. i have T90 indoor shoes and i love the fit.. so something in that direction then? thank you
I’m looking for a firm ground boot with shorter studs like you might find on turfs. The other possibility is just a pair of turfs that have good traction on grass (particularly grass that has just been sprayed since that is becoming fairly standard everywhere).
Thanks for your response. When I say turf, I mean artificial turf. My team’s home field is turf, and I love how well my turf boots grip in spite of the extremely short stud length. When I travel to other fields, I have to wear my fg boots and the longer studs occasionally mess with my touch (ie when I roll the ball with the bottom of my foot).
I am looking to get new soccer cleats and the field I will be playing on at my school is turf, not real grass. Now I am wondering if cleats that are FG (firm ground) will work or if I should get cleats that are labeled AG (artificial ground) or ones that are labeled turf. I’ve heard that FG works with turf and that AG and turf cleats are for indoor turf…so I’m unsure of which type to get.
My daughter plays both indoor and outdoor soccer. Indoor they play turf and outdoor on grass. She has a pair of indoor cleats that are fairly new I want to know if she can use them outdoor as well so I don’t have to buy another pair.
Hey guys, I need to know which one of these is better. I’m looking for WOMEN’s, INDOOR (it’s not in an open field with grass etc) SOCCER shoes. so lemme see what you think between.
If you guys have other suggestions please be my guest.
And those who don’t even know a thing about soccer, don’t even think of replying just because "you think" that one is nice and so on.
pls also state why you choose it
I’m a beginner and play mainly recreational soccer. What are some good cleats that are comfortable, has good traction and are ideal for both grass and turf surfaces? Also, I have a fairly narrow foot so some shoes may be less fitting that others
im joining the girls flag football this summer. i bought some cleats but they are not very comfortable on my ankles, i looked at a few turf shoes and they seem better. will they work good for girls flag football? we play outside on grass or soccer fields. any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!!!

soccer cleats online?
www.soccer.com Very happy to announce the price drop. It’s only March 14 and There has been a price drop of about . I’m getting them in August and I bet they’ll be even cheaper then.
The thing is I just bought the f50 adidas shoes that could switch the cleats. Is turf considered hard ground or grass? If I will play on turf, should I play with the grass cleats or should I make it hard ground surface cleats??
Going to buy soccer shoes, and I think I have one in mind. However, this particular pair of shoes is in the ‘firm ground soccer shoes‘ section. It looks really nice, but our team plays 24/7 on grass. Does this mean I should rather buy shoes in the turf section? In other words, do firm ground shoes affect you if you play on grass?
The shoes I want to buy are the Nike Superflys. Will they be bad for grass?

I play almost everyday and different positions so I need different styles of cleats. I currently play either Attacking Midfield/Winger/Centre Forward. The current cleats I have are the F50.7s (Speed?) in Red, which i fit perfectly into and the Puma Celerators (Touch or Speed?) Zero 5 in white and red (i have old cleats. :0). The cleats I am looking to buy are …
Nike : T90 Laser 3 Neon green/black/ red (Accuracy)
Adidas : Predator X Blue/White/Red (Accuracy)
Adidas : AdiPure 3 White/Navy (Heritage)
Puma: V1.10 Yellow/black/red (Speed)
Puma: PWR-C Black/neon green (Power)
I usually play on grass but my team practices on turf. All models are the full price models. Please correct me on any mistakes
I am playing college womens soccer, i am a goalie and need nice cleats, if im playing both turf and sometimes grass do i get turf cleats or hard ground cleats? and if so any suggestions for cleats?
My 12 year old is starting with a club which will play on artificial turf. He has always played on grass before. What are some of the differences and what kind of shoes should I get for him?
I play a lot of soccer. Some of the time i play on normal grass, but i often play on artificial turf too. I’m wondering if it will affect my play if i wear normal cleats on artificial turf. Will it?
