I’ve picked out the cleats I want to get, so I don’t need suggestions on which ones to get. I’m just trying to decide on whether to get those cleats in FG or AG. I will be playing on turf fields mostly. I know AG is specifically made for that, but I know a lot of people who use FG on turf fields. Which one should I go with?
by turf I don’t mean indoor turf. I’m talking about outdoor turf fields like most football fields are these days.
I’m entering this league that plays one game every saturday on turf grass. I’m a striker/midfielder that is looking for more speed than shooting power and long passes. I want to be as quick as possible out there because that’s the player I am. I currently have a new dollar version of the Adidas Predators and some old Nike Total Ninety Shoots. The Predators are a little loose on me in the front however I tested them out and they’re not bad. The Nike’s are worn out and the spikes on the bottom are wearing out, however I play wonderful in them since I am used to them. IMPORTANT: Both of my cleats are for FG and not meant for turf grass. Now which cleat is better for my needs and the playing conditions? Please answer.
