My H.S. switched the football field from grass-turf. should i where football cleats w/ interchangeable spikes?

my school went through the same issue. the only difference i noticed is i didnt lose as many individual cleats while running. ive always used interchangeables and i have not become slower from the switch

molded cleats were made for turf. Interchangeable ones tend to be longer and hold you to ground more. I would go with molded cleats if you have the option they worked better for me on turf.
