Can I use turf soccer shoes as sneakers?
There’s a pretty sweet pair of Adidas Absolado astro turf shoes that I want, but I want to use them as sneakers. Will that work?

Yes, turf shoes can be used as sneakers but they’re a bit uncomfortable I’d say especially if you’re walking on hard surfaces and they’re slippery on tiles and oily floors. The Predator Absolute a3 is a better astro turf shoe for a sneaker, but it’s expensive. Instead of the turf, why not buy the indoor version of Absolado.

They will hold up. I’ve never thought that turf shoes are the most comfortable shoes but if you like them go for it. Nowadays there are no "cheap" soccer shoes. They will withstand quite a beating.
