What You Need To Know Before Buying Soccer Turf Shoes Online

Posted under soccer turf shoes

Soccer turf shoes
are a little bit different than the regular soccer cleats with molded soles or removable cleat soccer footwear . These are specifically designed for artificial turf .

Soccer turf cleats are equipped with special soles that contain shorter molded rubber studs which provide a good grip and traction and also prevent us from injuries . If you would wear regular soccer cleats , there is a higher risk of injury because the studs may grip too well and you could end up twisting your foot .

Turf shoes are usually made from real leather or synthetic leather . Real leather lasts longer and you get a better ball contact but is also a little more expensive . If you’re having kids that grow up fast then synthetic leather is your best option .

There is an entire industry that manufactures these products but I am going to mention just a few well known companies like Adidas , Puma , Nike , Lotto , etc.

Having the right footwear is very important in a game of soccer . Feeling safe and comfortable will help you concentrate and enjoy more playing the beautiful game . When we step on the field , we want to get rid of all the worries , become kids again and play .

Is it legal to use indoor soccer shoes on the outdoor turf field for a league match?

Posted under soccer turf shoes

I want to try to avoid getting new shoes…

Law 4 requires that a player wear footwear. Law 4 also states that "a player must not use equipment or wear anything that is dangerous to himself or another player."

Law 5 specifically states that it is among the powers and duties of the referee to ensure that the players' equipment meets the requirements of Law 4.

In short, you may wear any type of footwear so long as it does not endanger you or another player. If the referee determines that your wearing of indoor shoes poses no danger to you or another player, then this would be perfectly legal.

Indoor soccer and turf shoes?

Posted under Uncategorized

I have a pair of adidas telstar trx turf shoes……they are for turf and hard ground, but will it wear down the bottom peg things if i use them for indoor soccer(carpet-like ground)?

Have no worries. I have had the same pair of very similar shoes and after playing probably about 80 indoor matches on carpet -turf, they are still absolutely fine.

Are indoor soccer shoes for futsal, or for winter soccer (on turf)?

Posted under Uncategorized

I have a pair of Puma Liga indoor soccer shoes for the turf in winter, but it looks more like for indoor gym soccer like futsal. I'd say they fall under the same category as the adidas sambas.

If they have flat soles on the bottom, then you can use them on both surfaces (turf and indoor). If they have small spikes, then you can only use them on turf.

indoor soccer shoes or turf soccer shoes?

Posted under Uncategorized

alrighty i want to buy some indoor soccer shoes. i used 2 have nike total 90's but they didn't hold up that great cause i wore em outside and stuff….so i like playing street soccer(on ashpalt and cement)….would the turf soccer shoes b better 4 ashpalt 4 holding up 2 street abuse? or would they be 2 slippery.

btw turf shoes r NOT CLEATS, they just have these little studs on the bottom….
ye but i play on the street so would they help me on the street?

Turf shoes on the street isn't a good idea.. they're not meant for that and they'll get trashed.

Check out these Kipstas, they're meant for street soccer.

Turf soccer shoes or indoor soccer shoes?

Posted under soccer turf shoes

I am trying to purchase a pair of soccer shoes. There are two types: turf and indoor. I want to wear one of the shoes to school and also I would like to play soccer with them. which one should I choose? Does it look weird to wear turf soccer shoes to school?

well, one of the differences between turf and indoor soccer shoes, is that indoor soccer shoes have small cleats and turf shoes are generally flat. you defiantly will want indoor shoes for indoor soccer, so i recommend getting these bad boys…

but if you decide to get just turf shoes, then get these….

they dont look like turf shoes, so it wouldnt look weird for you to wear them to school. good luck

Nike Air Zoom Control II

Posted under soccer turf shoes

Take your soccer domination inside with Nike’s Air Zoom Control II.
You’ll benefit from the large strike zone that the asymmetrical lacing
provides and the added stability that you get with the external heel
counter. You will always be comfortable in these great boots because they
have a molded EVA/phylon sockliner and a Zoom Air unit in the heel. The
studs will give you great traction and will even let you use these shoes on
turf.

What is the difference between an indoor soccer shoe and a turf soccer shoe?

Posted under soccer turf shoes

Isn't indoor soccer fields made of astro turf? So what's the diff between the shoes?

Some indoor fields normally the ones with boards have a green carpet like material, 11v11 indoor fields can also have the carpet material but most have turf. Turf shoes have rubber cleats so they don't rip up the turf while indoor shoes have a rubber bottom so you won't damage the carpet material and so that you can get a better grip on the surface.

What type of soccer shoes for synthetic turf?

Posted under soccer turf shoes

I have a pair of F50's now but we are getting synthetic turf for next year. Apparenly the turf is supposed to be grassy like only have few loose rubber pellats. Should i try and get turf shoes or would that be too slippery?

i wouldn't get leather shoes because they would definately rip and i think that the F50's are fine or you could also get a pair of synthetic boots with short studs instead of the turf shoes because for me i like the cleats way better
